Online Application

Print and return application. There is a $50 Application Fee per adult over the age of 18 (Money Order Only). You must be at least 21 years of age to lease, must pass a credit and a background check, and have a monthly income of $2,600 or more. Security Deposit is $500.  

  1. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
  2. After completion, bring the completed application and money order(s) to the rental office/dropbox along with your picture ID and proof of income.
